Branding

Branding this year was on a beautiful sun shiny day and made it a lot more enjoyable. Kim & Larry and there family and Jeff & I ,Luke and Riley where all the helpers we had this year. So we had to work extra hard. Luke and Joel had so much fun playing in the dirt and with each other, that when it was time to go Luke threw a big ol fit. It probably didn't help that he didn't get a nap and he was in the sun all day. I got to brand my first calf this year and it was alright. I would much rather be taking pictures.

Kim was the best fire taker care of by far.

Luke wanted in on some real action but got a bit timid once he got to the calf. 

Joel accidentally sat in cow poop when they were in the dirt playing trucks.
