Sheep Shippin'

Sheep Shippin 2010
August 22nd-25th
We love sheep shippin time. It's an unspoken rule at our house that know matter what date sheep shippin falls on we'll be there with bells on. This year there was a fire on the mountain over from us. So they had the road to the corrals blocked off and only people for the shippin and fire crew could go down there. So no one else was camped any where by us. There were huge helicopters parked at the heli pad for the fire and they would fly by carrying water. It was pretty cool to see. This year we got lots of fishing in, however we never caught a single fish. Oh well it was still fun. We did see lots of Salmon in the creeks we camped by though. They were so big you could see the tops of there backs poke out of the water. Luke and Livi had fun splashing in the water at Stanley Lake in there undies. Luke and Livi got matching 4-Wheelers for there birthdays and they had so much fun just zooming around. They were great babysitters. One night Luke was standing on a bench and he fell and hit his 4-Wheeler. It smacked him right on his gums. I felt so bad for the little guy. Matthew was a good little camper, but it sure is hard to camp with a baby. We had to basically hold him the whole time. If we set him down he would eat what ever he could get his hands on. He hung out pretty good in his play pen though. It's so beautiful and relaxing. Were definitely excited for next year.
