I can't believe Luke is 5. Time just flies right by. We had a pretty eventful day. After we got rested up from swimming the day before, we decorated the cake, and opened presents. Luke wanted Stevo's for his birthday dinner but Jeff had a work meeting so we decided to go the next night. So instead we tagged along with G & G Kowitz's to the Oakley Gymkhana and did some Mutton Bustin. Luke did so good. He held on until he was under the sheep's belly. He got stepped on and had a pretty good battle wound to show for it. Matthew claimed he was going to ride the brown one for days before, but when push came to shove he decided against it. Maybe next year. Livi said if Luke would do it then she would do it, and she did. I think she out did the boys. We had a great time. We went to Stevo's the next night for dinner and ended the birthday celebrating until next year.
